Rider Alert: LA Union Station Construction Project Impacts Thruway Bus Bay Access

Effective May 22 through June 28, 2023

Attention Amtrak Thruway Bus Customers

Due to a construction project taking place at Los Angeles Union Station, the Thruway Bus Bays will not be accessible beginning May 22 through June 28, as described below:

Allow Extra Time

Please allow extra time getting in and around the station and expect periodic traffic congestion.

Thruway Buses will be temporarily relocated from the station bus bays. Buses will load and unload at the west end of the depot in front of the Fred Harvey House/Homebound Brewing Co.
The waiting room lobby will be open.
Ticketed bus passengers should gather in the lobby to be led by station personnel to the loading area. Red Cap assistance will be available.
