Rider Alert: Riders Utilizing Trains 718 & 711

Effective Saturday, March 16, 2024

To accommodate the infrastructure work, Amtrak's San Joaquin Service will be adjusted as follows:

SOUTH

Train 718(8Apr), which normally operates between OKJ and BFD, terminates at FNO.

NORTH

Train 711(9Apr), which normally operates between BFD and OKJ, originates at FNO.

ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION

Bus 4318 will provide alternate transportation between FNO and BFD with an intermediate stop at HNF.
Bus 4311 will provide alternate transportation between BFD and FNO with an intermediate stop at HNF.

No alternate service will be provided at COC or WAC.

Amtrak San Joaquins to Run Special Trains to Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park for 2025 Rededication Celebration

(September 23, Stockton, CA) – Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park is holding its annual celebratory Rededication event on Saturday, October 11 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In partnership, Amtrak San Joaquins has scheduled a special stop at the park for multiple trains, bookable at exclusive half-price “Allensworth fares.”
