Rider Alert: Richmond Station Elevator

Attention passengers: The elevator at Richmond Station to access the Amtrak San Joaquins platform has been unexpectedly closed for service due to needed repairs. If you are unable to use the stairwell access, please board or offboard at one of our other stations as follows:

 

Emeryville (EMY) - Connect to/from MacArthur BART station using the free Emeryville Emery-Go-Round shuttle bus

 

We expect the elevator to be out of service through at least Tuesday, January 3, 2023, and will provide updates about the status.
