Active Military Personnel and Their Family Can Save 15% on Tickets Every Day

United States active-duty military personnel and their family (spouses and dependents) can receive a 15% discount on the lowest available rail fare on most Amtrak trains. Must serve in one of the following branches: Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. Just use the Fare Finder at the beginning of your search and select 'Military Veteran' or 'Military Active (Adult)' for each passenger as appropriate to receive the discount.
