FRESNO REEL PRIDE PRESENTS: JOHN WATERS' HAIRSPRAY AT FULL CIRCLE BREWERY

Full Circle Brewery District | 712 Fulton Street, Fresno, CA | Saturday June 11, 2022 | 6:00 PM

Indulge in your love for musical/comedy combos AND beer with Johns Waters’ 1998 film HAIRSPRAY at Full Circle Brewing Co. Enjoy the event and crafted brews by either buying a $15 GA B.Y.O.C (bring your own chair) ticket, or upgrade to the $18 GA Admission Seating if you don’t want the hassle. Looking to make it a whole thing? Go all out and purchase a VIP Group Table and watch the film picnic style. FLOWING WITH PRIDE W/ NAMASTE FOR COMPASSION

Join Namaste for Compassion with an evening of yoga in support and pride of the LGBTQIA community. Yoga is a way to connect the mind and body, bringing awareness to yourself and surroundings. Breathe through the stress of every day life and re-engage in mindfulness. This is a free event for all ages, donations are welcome so that Namaste for Compassion can continue to spread their mission. With free admission and welcoming to all levels of yogis, you won’t want to miss a chance to flow and fill the community with positive energy. Register for the event here.

SACRAMENTO PRIDE MARCH & FESTIVAL 2022

The Sacramento LGBT Center, 721 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA| Saturday June 11-  Sunday June 12, 2022  | 11:00 AM PDT - 8:00 PM PDT

After a two year hiatus Sacramento Pride is back! The festival will transform Sacramento’s Capitol Mall into a two-day festival and LGBTQ+ village. Enjoy live music, vendors, entertainment zones, bars. With live performances from international stars, drag performers, and local artists. On Sunday join the march to the State Capitol complete with sighs of solidarity and floats. Children under the age of 12 can attend the event for free. Tickets for children ages 13-17 start at $18, General admission single day tickets start at $18, General Admission weekend tickets start at $32, and VIP Weekend passes start at $175. Directions: Once Amtrak Riders arrive at the Sacramento Valley Station, they can take a quick 13-minute to 721 Capitol Mall. Head north on 8th St toward Liestal Aly/L Street Capitol Mall Alley, turn left onto I St, Turn right onto 8th Street, the Sacramento LGBTQ+ center will be on the right.

SACRAMENTO PRIDE BAR CRAWL

Join Crawl with us for the annual Sacramento Pride Bar Crawl. Crawl with us will visit over ten bars within the Midtown Sacramento area. Each bar will have specials revolving around the bar crawl, while guests will get an additional two drink or shot vouchers from the venue of your choice. There will also be a pride after party once the bar crawl is finished. This is a 21 and over event, with group tickets starting at $15 and single tickets starting at $20. RAINBOW COMMUNITY CENTER PRIDE CELEBRATION 3RD ANNUAL RAINBOW’S GOT TALENT

701 Escobar St. #A, Martinez, CA 94553 | Saturday June 11th | 12:00 - 9:00 PM

Celebrate Pride at the 3rd Annual Rainbow’s Got Talent hosted by the Rainbow Community Center. This event showcases local LGBTQI+ talent and is being hosted in partnership with Del Cielo Brewing Co in Martinez. There will be amazing evening performances, raffle drawings, loteria, vendors, and a DJ! A free raffle ticket will be given away to each person who registers to attend the event in advance. Registration for the event is free and is available online here. Donations are suggested but not required and 100% of the proceeds from the event will be going to the Rainbow Community Center.

 

Directions: From Amtrak San Joaquin Martinez Station head northwest toward Marina Vista Ave. Turn left on Marina Vista Ave and take a right onto Estudillo St. Walk a couple steps forward and the destination should be to your right.

QUEER MAGIC PRIDE PARTY

4115 Telegraph Ave. Oakland, CA 94609 | Saturday June 11th | 4:00 - 10:00 PM

Come explore the Pride magic at the Queer Magic Pride Party! There will be incredible performances, a pride raffle, tarot reading and more! This event aims to bring queer & trans people together to dance, laugh, and support QTBIPOC vendors. Tickets range from $10-$25 and can be bought here. Proceeds raised will be donated to the Trans Advocacy & Care Team, an East Bay non-profit initiative that supports the well-being of trans and nonbinary folks.

 

Directions: From Amtrak San Joaquins Oakland Station head towards 2nd St. Turn left on 2nd St and continue walking straight for two blocks. Turn left on Madison St and walk six blocks down. On 8th St turn right. Hop onto BART line N at Lake Merritt and hop off at MacArthur Station. Head toward Access Rd toward 40th St. Turn right onto 40th St and then left on Telegraph Ave. The destination will be on your left.

RAINBOW COMMUNITY CENTER PRIDE CELEBRATION 3RD ANNUAL RAINBOW’S GOT TALENT

Civic Center Plaza, San Francisco CA 94102 | Saturday June 25th - Sunday June 26th | Sunday 12:00 - 6:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Show your Pride this year by celebrating at the San Francisco Pride Parade & Celebration! Join the in-person return of one of the largest LGBTQ+ gatherings in the nation! This year's theme will be “Love Will Keep Us Together” with main stage headliner Martha Wash. There will be many other exhibitors and live entertainment including performances by: Jinkx Monsoon & Major Scales, HYM the Rapper, DI LadyRyan, and Sherry Cola. The Pride Parade will take place on Sunday June 26 beginning at 10:30 am. Tickets range from $150 to $600 and can be purchased here.

 

Directions: From Amtrak San Joaquins Oakland Station head toward 2nd Street and turn left on 2nd St. Turn right on Broadway and continue ten blocks down. Hop onto BART line Red-S at 12th St. Get off BART at the Civic Center stop and head southwest on Market St toward Hyde St. Passing the Wells Fargo Bank take a slight right turn on Hayes St. Continue walking straight on Hayes St and you will reach the Civic Center Plaza.
